Accessible Seating
Tickets are available to purchase in four accessible seating areas.
Available for sale via the online seat map on the Ticketmaster website:
- Accessible Seating Bay – for wheelchair users and those requiring physical equipment support)
 - Deaf and Dard of Hearing Seating – for people who require access to hearing loops and live captions on screens.
 
Available for sale by calling the Australian Open Accessibility Line 1300 308 999, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST:
- Ease of Access Seating – for people with low mobility, intellectual disability, neurodiversity or those with an injury
 - Enhanced Vision Seating – for people who are blind or have low vision
 
Guide dogs and service animals are welcome at the Australian Open. Guests who need seats with their animals are advised to purchase within these accessible rows in the arenas:
- Section 3 or 12 / Row T or U within Rod Laver Arena
 - Section 11 / Row R in Margaret Court Arena
 - Section 25 / Row Z in John Cain Arena
